An alumni of Le Cordon Bleu, London, Savour School of Chocolate & Patisserie, Melbourne and Institute Villa Pierrefeu, Switzerland, Chef Ratna Saluja is the founder of a modern patisserie cake studio situated in posh locality of South Delhi Panchsheel Park. She has been doing Eggless Baking workshops exclusively under her own brand name for almost 3 years now. Started during Covid, Baked By Ratna Saluja now has over 8000 students around the globe. She has done 70 workshops until now and more to go. Chef Ratna founded Baked by Ratna Saluja around the notion of curating the finest dessert as an experience. Ratna went on to study the art of baking at Le Cordon Bleu, London and this is where she began to bake in earnest. She realized she is happiest in the kitchen, covered in flour, surrounded by pots and pans. After entering the Savours Academy in Melboure, she added the final feather to her hat and was all set to start her entrepreneurial journey in the field of baking. Chef Ratna believes that most of my desserts have various layers and textures. In one bite, you can enjoy a myriad of sensations. Chef Ratna love’s experimenting with flavors like matcha, balsamic vinegar, passion fruit, and a lot more ingredients.Her love for decadent desserts and her desire to make people smile are the two things that inspired her to start this modern patisserie.
